Black Footed Ferrets
Are back on the map! Thanks to the efforts of the Smithsonian Conservation Biology Institute. Once thought to be extinct in 1981 a small group of 24 Black Footed Ferrets were found in Wyoming. In 2012 more than 1,000 BF Ferrets exist in the wild and at the Front Royal Zoo in Virginia 50 of these little guys (called kits) were born last year alone.

So, yeah, I’m just gonna come out and admit that I didn’t know alt+reblog actually reblogged anything and I just clicked random posts for the animation because it amused me. Didn’t realize this until I looked at my blog. Yep. I am all the smarts.

you know when you follow somebody and for whatever reason they’re upset about something and you just want to go “shhh don’t be sad i love u”
but instead you just sit there and stare
